THE [KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA] TENANCY ACT, 1950. (Act No. XXV OF 1950). Received the assent of the Governor General on the 20th June, 1950. AN ACT to consolidate and amend the law relating to the tenancy of land in the [Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the tenancy of land in the [Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]. It is hereby enacted as follows:-
