1. Short title, extent and commencement.___ (1) This Ordinance may be called the Regional Development Finance Corporation and Small Business Finance Corporation (Amalgamation and Conversion) Ordinance, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
