56. Disposal, on conclusion of trial for forest -offence, of produce in respect of which it was committed.—When the trial of any forest-offence is concluded, any forest -produce in respect of which such offence has been committed shall, if it is the property of Government or has been confiscated, be taken charge of by a Forest -officer, and, in any other case, ma y be disposed of in such manner as the Court may direct.
