15. Composition of the Board.___ The Board shall consist of seven directors appointed by Supervisor Council from the private sector who have proven competence in finance, investment management, banking, risk management, treasury, economics, accountancy, business management, law or any other relevant field. The Supervisory Council shall designate one of the director as Chairman of the Board.
