88. Committee of inspection. The Court may, if it so thinks fit, authorize the creditors who have proved to appoint from among the creditors or holders of general proxies or general powers-of- attorney from such creditors, a committee of inspection for the purpose of superintending the administration of the insolvent’s property by the official assignee: Provided that a creditor, who is appointed a member of a committee of inspection, shall not be qualified to act until he has proved.
