Section 34: Saving

34. Saving.___ Nothing contained in this Ordinance— (a) shall be construed as authorizing or requiring the Registrar to register a design the use of which would, in his opinion, be contrary to the public policy or morality; and (b) shall affect the right of the Federal Government or of any person deriving the directly or indirectly from the Federal Government to sell or use articles forfeited under the laws relating to customs or excise.
