305. Statement concerning pilgrims to be delivered before ship departs.––The master of every pilgrim ship departing or proceeding on a voyage from any port in Pakistan shall sign a statement in duplicate in the prescribed form specifying the total number and the number of each sex of all the pilgrims embarked and the number of the crew, and such other particulars as may be prescribed, and shall deliver both copies to the certifying officer who shall thereupon, after having first satisfied himself that the entries are correct, countersign and return to the master one of the copies.
