2. Definitions.—In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,— (a) “Chairman” means the Chairman of a Governing Body; (b) “Governing Body” means a Governing Body constituted under this Ordinance; (c) “Medical College” includes any hospital attached thereto; and (d) “member” means the member of a Governing Body.
