30. Property acquired by smuggling not to be held.___ (1) It shall not be lawful for any person to hold, either in his own name or in the name of any relative or associate, any property acquired by smuggling. (2) Any such property held in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable to be forfeited to the Federal Government in the manner hereinafter provided.
