THE BALOCHISTAN CHILD MARRIAGES RESTRAINT ACT, 2025 (BALN. ACT NO. XXXIII of 2025) [18 November, 2025] AN ACT to restrain the solemnization of child marriage WHEREAS, it is expedient to restrain the solemnization of child marriages and matters incidental or ancillary thereto. It is hereby enacted as follows:
