Section 33: Transfer of pending proceedings

5[33. Transfer of pending proceedings.— Any and all proceedings pending before a 6[court] under the Ehtesab Act, 1997(IX of 1997), shall stand transferred to 7[a] Court as soon as it is constituted under this Ordinance within the same Province 13[or area of jurisdiction], and it shall not be necessary to recall any witness or again to record any evidence that may have been recorded.]
