120: Professional surveys

Professional surveys.– [(1) If it is found necessary to conduct a survey by the Punjab Land Records Authority or any other agency other than that of Revenue Officers and Village Officers, the Board of Revenue may publish a notification stating the: (a) area to be surveyed and nature of the survey; The Punjab Land Revenue Act 1967 (XVII of 1967) 139 (b) names or official designations of the officers of the Punjab Land Records Authority or any other agency by whom the survey is to be conducted; and (c) kind of boundary marks to be erected by those officers.] (2) From the date of the notification, the officers specified therein, and the person acting under their orders, shall have, for the purposes of the survey, the powers conferred on Revenue Officers by section 30.
