31: Place of sittings — Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1967

Place of sittings.– (1) A Revenue Officer, other than an Assistant Collector of the first grade, may exercise his powers under this Act at any place within the limits of his jurisdiction. (2) An Assistant Collector of the first grade may exercise his powers at any place within the district in which he is employed.
