19: Subordination of Revenue Officers

Subordination of Revenue Officers.– In all official acts and proceedings, a Revenue Officer shall, in the absence of any express provision of law to the contrary, be subject as to the place, time and manner of performing his functions, to the direction and control of the officer to whom he is subordinate.
