15. Funds of the Council. The Funds of the Council shall comprise— (a) funds of the Council which stand transferred to the Council under section 25; (b) grants from the Federal Government and the Provincial Governments; (c) donations and endowments; (d) funds generated through sale proceeds, technical services, and income from patents; and (e) research grants.
