1. Short title, extent and commencement.___(1) This Ordinance may be called the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) This section and section 132 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of the Ordinance shall come into force on such date as the federal Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
