2I. Officers, employees, etc.__ To carry out the purposes of this Act, the Authority may, from time to time, appoint experts, consultants, advisers and other officers and employees on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed and the share of Provinces in the appointment shall be maintained in accordance with paragraph (g) of Article 38 of the Constitution.
