Section 159: Saving of proceedings

All proceedings instituted prior to the commencement of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act of 2023) shall be deemed to be the proceedings of, and dealt in accordance with, the provisions of this Code which existed prior to the aforesaid commencement.
