1. Short title, commencement and application.__(l) This Act may be called the Inter-Boards Coordination Commission Act, 2023. (2) It shall come into force at once. (3) It shall apply to all boards of intermediate and secondary education and authorized examining bodies, wherever they may be operating in the territorial ju risdiction of Pakistan as members of the IBCC forum.
