Section 47: Pensions of Bank employees to be exempt from attachments, etc.

47. Pensions of Bank employees to be exempt from attachments etc. Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force pension 1[gratuity and provident fund] granted by the Bank to its officers and servants shall not be liable to seizure, attachment or sequestration by process of any court in Pakistan at the instance of a creditor, for any demand against the pensioner or in satisfaction of a decree or order of any such court.
