Section 13: Record to be made by Forest Settlement-Officer

13. Record to be made by Forest Settlement-Officer.—The Forest Settlement-officer, when passing any order under section 12, shall record, so far as may be practicable,___ (a) the name, father’s name, caste, residence and occupation of the person claiming the right; and (b) the designation, position and area of all fields or groups fields (if any), and the designation and position of all buildings (if any) in respect of which the exercise of such rights is claimed.
