8. Power to make rules.—The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules1 for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance. 1For such rules, see S.R.O. 45(1)/82, dated 19.1.1982, Gaz. of P., 1982, Ext., Pt. IIp. 68.
