32. Trial of offence.__ (1) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by an Inspector authorized in this behalf by the Director or the 1[Federal Government.] (2) No Court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try an offence under this Act. 1Subs. by F.A.O., 1975, Art. 2 and Table for “Central Government”.
