22. Regulations.—(1) The Authority may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules framed thereunder for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the aforegoing provisions, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:— (a) the manner in which the meetings of the Authority may be convened and held and the procedure to be followed thereat; and (b) formation of committees and conduct of business in such committees.
