5: Province to be divided into Divisions and Districts

Province to be divided into Divisions and Districts.– (1) The Government may, by notification, create Divisions in the Province. (2) A Division shall consist of two or more Districts as may be specified by the Government. (3) The Government may, by notification, declare as many Districts in the Province, with such limits and such areas, as it deems appropriate.
