13. Forwarding of statements, etc., to the Government.___(1) If the Government so directs in any case, the Chairman shall forward to it copies of all papers which were laid before the Board for consideration at a meeting. 1Subs. by F.A.O., 1975, Art. 2 and Table, for “Central Corporation”. (2) The Government may require the Chairman to furnish it with__ (a) any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other information regarding any matter under the control of the Corporation; or (b) a report on any such matter; or (c) a copy of any document in the charge of the Chairman (3) The Chairman shall comply with any such requisition under sub-section (2) without undue delay.
