1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Ordinance, may be called the Pakistan Madrasah Education (Establishment and Affiliation of Model Dini Madaris) Board Ordinance, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify in this behalf and different dates may be so specified for different areas.
