6. Leave.__(1) The AuditorGeneral may be granted leave on such terms and conditions as the President may, by order published in the official Gazette, prescribe. (2) The power to grant or refuse leave to the AuditorGeneral, and revoke or curtail leave granted to him, shall vest in the President.
