16. Delegation of powers.—(1) The Commission may delegate all or any of its powers and functions to the Chairman or such other officer of the Commission, subject to such conditions and limitations, as it may deem appropriate. (2) The Chairman or the Director General may delegate all or any of their powers and functions under this Ordinance to any officer of the Commission, subject to such conditions and limitations, as he may deem fit.
