3. General immunity from jurisdiction.___ (1) A State is immune from the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pakistan except as hereinafter provided. (2) A Court shall give effect to the immunity conferred by sub-section (1) even if the State does not appear in the proceedings in question. EXCEPTIONS FROM IMMUNITY
