10. Director-General.___(1) The Director-General shall be appointed by the Chairman on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board. (2) The management of the Academy shall be carried on by the Director-General under the general directions of the Board. (3) The Director-General shall be the academic and administrative head of the Academy and shall be responsible for the maintenance of good order and discipline. (4) The Director-General shall be the Principal Accounting Officer of the Academy.
