38. Power of Federal Government to exempt, etc. The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, exempt from the requirements of sub-section (1) and (3) of section 17 a company or a body corporate formed under any law and owned or controlled by the Federal Government or a Provincial Government, whether directly or through a company or corporation set up such Government.
