Section 50: Power to make rules

50. Power to make rules.___ (1) The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:___ (a) the administration, management and disposal of the property forfeited under Chapter IV; (b) the powers of a Civil Court that may be exercised by the Special Judge and the Special Appellate Tribunal; (c) terms and conditions of Special Prosecutors; and (d) any other matter which is to be, or may be, prescribed.
