THE PUNJAB CHILD MARRIAGE RESTRAINT ACT 2026 (Act XXVII of 2026) [11 May 2026] An Act to restrain the solemnization of child marriages in the Punjab. It is necessary to restrain the solemnization of child marriages in the Punjab and to provide for the matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto. It is hereby enacted by Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as follows:
