533. Power to exempt.— The 3[appropriate Government] may, by order notified in the official Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons or any grade, variety or stock of tea from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Ordinance to such extent and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.
