25. Corporation Fund.—(1) There shall be a fund to be known as the “Restructuring Corporation Fund” vested in the Corporation which shall be utilised by the Corporation to meet charges in connection with its functions under this Ordinance including the payment of salaries and other remunerations to the Chief Executive and members of the Corporation and to its officers and servants. (2) The Corporation fund shall consist of,— (a) funds provided by the Federal Government; (b) allocations made by the Federal Government from the Federal Consolidated Fund or any other source available with the Federal Government; (c) loans obtained from the Federal Government; (d) loans obtained by the Corporation with the special or general sanction of the Federal Government; (e) foreign aid and loans obtained with the sanction of, and on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Federal Government; (f) recovery fees collected by the Corporation from financial institutions; and (g) all other sums received by the Corporation including income from investments.
