21. Certificate of Public Analyst.__ (1) The Public Analyst upon receiving sample of food from an Inspector shall, as soon as possible, analyse the same and issue to the Inspector a certificate in the prescribed form showing the result of the analysis. (2) The person from whom the article so analysed was purchased or seized may, on payment of the prescribed fee, obtain from the Public Analyst a copy of the certificate issued under subsection (1). (3) No person shall display or otherwise use any copy of the certificate for purposes of advertisement.
