THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA LIMITATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016. (KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA ACT NO. XV OF 2016) (First published after having received the assent of the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Gazette of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,(Extraordinary), dated the 19/08/2016). AN ACT further to amend the Limitation act, 1908. WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Limitation Act, 1908, for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:
