62: Revenue Officers — Balochistan Tenancy Ordinance, 1978

(1) There shall be the same classes of Revenue Officers, under this Ordinance as under the Balochistan Land Revenue Act 1967 , and, in the absence of any order of the Provincial Government to the contrary, a Revenue Officer of any class having jurisdiction within any local limits under that Act shall be a Revenue Officer of the same class having jurisdiction within the same local limits under this Ordinance. (2) The expressions 'Collector' and, Board of Revenue, have the same meaning in this Ordinance as in the Balochistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 .
