20. Restriction on membership.⸻ (1) No person shall be a member of more than such number of trade organisations as the 1[division to which business of this Act stands allocated] may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify in this behalf. (2) A person convicted for any offence under this Act shall not hold, or be eligible for holding, any office in a registered trade organisation unless a period of five years has elapsed.
