Charges for recovery of dues, other than Provincial dues, as arrears of land- revenue.– Where any sum, other than a sum which is to be credited into and to form a part of the Provincial Consolidated Fund [* * *], is collected as an arrear of land-revenue under the provisions of this Chapter, a commission at the rate of two per cent of the sum collected shall be deducted therefrom as recovery charges, and the amount of such commission shall be credited into the Provincial Consolidated Fund [* * *].] C X S B
