Section 28: Appointment of officers and staff in the National Accountability Bureau

4[28. Appointment of officers and staff in the National Accountability Bureau. — (a) The National Accountability Bureau may, in such manner and on such 12[terms] and conditions of service, efficiency, discipline and conduct etc. as may be prescribed by rules, appoint such officers and staff as may be considered necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (b) The National Accountability Bureau, may appoint advisers, consultants and experts, on payment of such fee or remuneration as may be prescribed by rules to perform its functions and exercise its powers under this Ordinance.]
