(1) This Act may be called the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates Act, 2021. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. (3) This Act or any part thereof shall come into force on such dates as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
