13. Duties of Medical advisory Council.—The Medical Adivsory Council shall- (a) advise the Governing Body on matters relating to the administration of medical care and the prevention and treatment of diseases among insured persons; (b) perform such other duties in connection with medical care as may be specified in the regulations.
