1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Ordinance may be called the Islamic Development Bank Ordinance, 1978. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the twenty-third day of April, 1975.
