Section 507: Power to alter schedules

507. Power to alter schedules.—(1) The concerned Minister-in-Charge of the Federal Government may, by notification, in the official Gazette, alter or add to, the Sixth and Eighth Schedules. (2) The Commission may, by notification in the official Gazette, alter or add to any of the tables, regulations, requirements, forms and other provisions contained in any of the schedules except Sixth and Eighth Schedules, and such alterations or additions shall have effect as if enacted in this Act and shall come into force on the date of the notification, unless the notification otherwise directs.
