22. Penalty for Concealment of evacuee trust property. Any person who is in occupation or possession of any property which he knows or has reason to believe to be an evacuee trust property and conceals or misrepresents facts regarding such property or misappropriates the proceeds of such property or abets such concealment, misrepresentation or misappropriation shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and with fine.
