Section 16: Code of conduct — Federal Prosecution Service, Act, 2023

(1) The Federal Prosecutor General shall, with the prior approval of the Government, issue a code of conduct for federal prosecutors. (2) A federal prosecutor shall perform his functions under this Act in accordance with the code of conduct issued under sub-section (1).
