10. Limitation of sale of standard cloth.___ (1) No person shall sell or keep, offer or expose for sale to the public, standard cloth otherwise than at such price as may be fixed by the 1[Provincial Government] and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence issued in this behalf. (2) If any person contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1), he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine or with both.
