1. Short title, extent and commencement.___ (1) This Ordinance may be called the Ex-Employees of the former Government of East Pakistan (Appointment to Federal Posts) Ordinance, 1983. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the sixteenth day of December, 1971.
